Operations Update

To all members of our community in the Asia Pacific Region,


The past 12 months have been full of tumultuous experience in our area. There has been political and public unrest in Hong Kong, home to the administration offices of our TPA, International Administrators Limited. We have seen weather phenomena in the always fearsome typhoon season in the Philippines where a number of our operations staff are located. And of course, in early 2020 the whole world was turned upside down by the novel coronavirus and its associated illness, covid19.


Through all of this, Pacific Cross Insurance Company and its partners from around the Pacific Cross Group of companies have remained fully operational. Of course, we have taken measures behind the scenes to protect our personnel. We have at times applied “work from home” measures. At one point our Pandemic Plan was implemented. We have strengthened our Business Continuity Plans, our Data Security infrastructure and many other key tools and actions which ensure our continued smooth operation.


We would like to take a moment now to send you our assurances that our company is fully operational, has been and will be, despite past and current social and political occurrences. We have added to our staff, have improved our policies and have handled these hurdles with care and success.


We look forward to a brighter future with our clients, their families and colleagues along with all of our stakeholders across Asia Pacific and the rest of the world. However, we remain here in the present, ready to handle what comes and to support with our full range of service.
